Summary[]
It's been nearly months since Mean Bean mysteriously disappeared from Colorado City, Florida. The Risky Frizz gang, at first think he must've quit his evil ways. Until strangely, the gang find out that Mean Bean has made an alliance with the alien commander, Sizen who both have taken over the city of Tokyork, with a plan to turn it into a cloning powerplant to take over Earth. Risky and his friends meet up with Tom Enum and his friends on a quest to defeat both villains, and their armies. However, Tom doesn't want Risky to interfere due to him wanting to impress his idol (despite the fact that he likely get killed while trying to fight them), this leads to an argument between the two, both characters begin to battle each other, while the rest try to save the day.
